This policy explains what Wescera collects on , what it is used for, how long it is kept, and how you can ask to see or delete it. The data controller is, registered at 13 Impasse Petite Vendee, 17470 Nuaille-sur-Boutonne, France.

What we collect

To process and deliver orders: name, delivery address, billing address, email address, and phone number. Payment is handled by the Visa/MasterCard acquiring bank and PayPal. Wescera does not receive or store full card numbers; we only keep the transaction identifier and status returned by the payment provider. When you browse the site, server logs record your IP address, access time, and pages viewed. If you email or call us, we keep a record of that communication.

What we use it for

Order processing, delivery, returns, refunds, and after-sales communication are necessary for performing the contract. Fraud prevention on payments and website security fall under our legitimate interest. If you tick the box at checkout to receive promotional emails, we use your email address to send information about Wescera products and offers; not ticking the box does not affect your ability to order, and you can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to info@wescera.com. Website analytics use anonymised or pseudonymised data and are not used to identify individuals.

Who we share it with

Delivery information is passed to the carrier, limited to the name, address, and phone number needed to deliver the parcel. Payment information is processed by the Visa/MasterCard acquiring bank and PayPal under their own confidentiality policies. Website hosting and email service providers may access data as technical service providers under data processing agreements. Wescera does not sell, rent, or use customer data for commercial purposes beyond operating 

How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept for 10 years, the statutory retention period for French commercial and tax books. Customer service correspondence is kept for 3 years from the last contact. Website logs are kept for 12 months. Marketing consent records are deleted upon withdrawal of consent or after 3 years without interaction.

Your rights

You can write to info@wescera.com to request access to the data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion (outside legally required retention periods), restriction of processing, or to object to processing based on legitimate interest. We respond within 30 days. If you believe our processing does not comply with French data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL
