Terms of service

Orders and formation of the contract

When you submit an order and complete payment, the order is accepted. We send a confirmation email to the address used at checkout containing the order number, item details, total price including tax, and estimated delivery time. The contract is formed when you receive that confirmation email. If you notice an error in the order (size, colour, address, etc.) within 2 hours of payment, email info@wescera.com with the order number. If the order has not yet entered the dispatch process, we can amend it. If it has already been handed to the carrier, the return process applies.

Prices

All prices are in euros and include French VAT (TVA). Delivery within mainland France is free. The checkout page does not add any shipping, handling, or packaging charge on top of the item price. If a price shown elsewhere on the site differs from the checkout page, the amount confirmed at checkout prevails.

Payment

Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal are accepted. Payment is taken at checkout in euros. The payment flow is encrypted via SSL; card details are processed directly by the acquiring bank, and Wescera does not handle full card numbers. See the Payment Policy page for details.

Delivery

We deliver to mainland France only (including Corsica). Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days, and carrier transit takes 3–5 business days. See the Delivery Policy page for details.

Right of withdrawal, returns, and refunds

You have 14 calendar days from the day after delivery to withdraw, without giving a reason. The return process, condition requirements, return shipping costs, and refund timing are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy page. These terms do not set different rules.

Legal guarantees

You benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity (garantie légale de conformité, 2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects (garantie des vices cachés) under the French Consumer Code. These guarantees are independent of the 14-day right of withdrawal and are not affected by the expiry of that period.

Liability

Wescera is liable for foreseeable loss caused by breach of contract. We are not liable for delays caused by carrier disruptions, payment platform failures, or network infrastructure interruptions beyond our control, but we will assist you in enquiries with the relevant providers. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights.
