Shipping policy
Wescera currently delivers to mainland France only, including Corsica. We do not deliver to overseas departments (DOM) or other countries.
Cost
Delivery is free on all orders. There is no minimum order value, no remote-area surcharge, and the total shown at checkout is the amount you actually pay.
Handling time
Orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. “Business day” means Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays. Orders placed late in the afternoon may start their handling time on the next business day.
Transit time
Once handed to the carrier, delivery to a mainland French address normally takes 3–5 business days. Remote municipalities or periods of high carrier volume may push toward the 5-business-day upper end. The total time from order to delivery is typically 4–7 business days and does not exceed that range.
Tracking
After dispatch you receive an email with the carrier name and tracking number. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of dispatch, email info@wescera.com with the order number, and we will query the carrier that day or the next business day and reply.
Delivery and receipt
The carrier delivers to the address you provide. If you are not in on the first attempt, the carrier may leave a collection notice, hold the parcel at a nearby pickup point, or schedule a second attempt. Follow the tracking page for the parcel status. If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the parcel, first check with neighbours, the building concierge, or the pickup point — in most cases the parcel has been left with someone. If it genuinely cannot be found, email info@wescera.com and we will open a carrier enquiry.
Delays, loss, or damage
If delivery has not occurred after 7 business days beyond the transit window, contact us. Carrier enquiries typically take 3–5 business days to reach a conclusion. Once a parcel is confirmed lost, you may choose a replacement shipment (if stock is available) or a full refund. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged on arrival, note a reservation (réserve) with the carrier at the point of delivery and photograph the packaging, then send us the photos so we can start the claims process.
Incorrect address
If a parcel cannot be delivered or is returned because the address provided by the customer was incomplete or incorrect, the cost of re-sending it is borne by the customer. If the customer chooses a refund instead, the carrier’s actual return shipping cost is deducted from the refund.
